As more & more of use move onto the Indoor trainer during the winter months its still important that we have a position on the Bike that is comfortable & prevents injuries. So Performance BikeFit is now offering a Virtual Bikefit for all of you that have a Indoor Trainer like the Wahoo KICKR Smart Bike, Tacx NEO Bike Smart Trainer, Wattbike, Stages Spin Bike, Peloton Bike or your Bike setup on a Turbo Trainer so that you can be sure that your position is not hindering the enjoyment of your indoor training session. You Just need to upload 2 x 15 Second Videos 1 from the side & 1 from the Front to a dedicated Google Drive Folder. We will then Analyse the Videos & recommend changes to the Bike. This may take a couple of Video Uploads to Dial it in, so you will need to confident in making the adjustments to your Indoor Trainer bike.
